Viaa is a proud holder of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) of the European Union. Through this charter, our students and staff can participate in European mobility, but we can also welcome students from other European member states. If your university has an Interinstitutional Agreement with Viaa, you can join us for one of our Viaa Exchange programmes. Please ask us or the International Office at your home university if we have an agreement.

You can use an Erasmus+ scholarship to study or do an internship/traineeship in another EU country. You can do a study period of between 3 and 12 months or a traineeship (work placement) of between 2 and 12 months.

Whether you as a student are eligible for this grant, and the amount of the grant, depends for a large part on the criteria of your home university.
